Week 2

I went to the Rec around 1pm and stayed til 2:17pm. While I was there, I didn't see as much as activity going, there were about seven people there. I assumed that becasue it was still early everyone must have been in class or at work. Four out of the seven people were females, and everyone was caucasion. Five out of the seven people had headphones in their ear, the others were just working out, one watching television. Everyone looked around 20 except for two men and one lady who looked as if they were in the late 30's early 40's.
After sitting there for a minute, a female walked in and decided to zoom in on her. She was a tall slender caucasion female who had dark brown shoulder length hair. She had on black stretch pants with a yellow t-shirt that read 'A day without sunshine is like night.' The first thing she did was walk over toward the mirror; while walking she put her hair in a pony tail, and began to stretch. This process took no more than ten minutes. When she finished she headed over to the elliptical machines, before she started she cleaned the bars of the machine off with a mysterious cleaner that sits at the front desk. Then she began her workout.
The last person I zoomed in on was a man who appeared to be in his early 40's. He had heavy facial hair and wore navy blue shorts with white t shirts that appeared to dripped in sweat. I don't know how long he was there becasue when I came I seen him and then he was on the treadmill. He had nice toned legs with no hair, I noticed them when he was jump roping. It seemed like he was jumping forever, but it was only five minutes straight. After he was done he left.

Week 1

On Wednesday, January 30, 2008 around 4 pm I went to the Rec. The Rec is a place where people come to engage in vigorous activities to obtain healthy lifestyles as well as appearances.
When I first walked in I observed a desk to my left with a person who I assumed was the attendant for the time being. As I walked further in, I seen that the place had two seperate sides; on the left was all of the weights and on the right were machines such as ellipticals & treadmills. I assumed that the left side was for strenghth trainers and the right for people who wanted to get their heart rate up to have a better results from their workout. I also seen a wall wide mirror which people looked at from time to time. I can say that there were quite a few people there; more guys than females. But on my way out about an hour later even more people were comong through still more guys than girls.
